    The day-to-day responsibility will include procurement, planning and fulfillment, supplier development and quality, logistics and inventory management of electronic components and PCBs.

    • Manage both electronic component supplies sourced from OEMs and approved distributors, as well as assembled boards.
    • Manage suppliers in all aspects of Supply Chain including quality, on time delivery, scheduling, inventory management, and contract negotiation.
    • Create, process, and approve purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.
    • Prioritize and coordinate inventory items, track supplier deviations, monitor and document supplier quality issues as necessary.
    • Accurately track and transact component supply and PCBA inventory at Adura warehouse.
    • Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and find ways to reduce costs without jeopardizing the quality and delivery of the components.
    • Use MRP to monitor inventory position against sales forecast and customer orders to maintain acceptable safety stock levels.
    • Lead supplier meetings, report and follow up on: Open Purchase Orders, Late Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedules, Inventory Coverage, and Supplier on-time Performance.

    Requirement: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for growing sales of the ADURA's custom LED PCB, LED Modules, Boards, UV LEDs to major OEMs in LED lighting business. RSM will identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with key strategic customers in their region. Day to day work responsibilities include – identify key strategic customer, making technical presentation to customers about special product features, help customers with product/services selection, pricing negotiation with sourcing team and close the multi-million $ sales deals.

    The ideal candidate currently works in the LED or Solid State Lighting industry, understands the market, the competition, and has demonstrated experience successfully managing a large geography


    • Develop and implement sales strategies based on industry needs and ADURA's LED PCB, LED Modules, LED on Boards and UV LEDs products to OEMs customers in both indoor and outdoor LED lighting to achieve revenue, margin, account penetration and design wins
    • Make presentations to customers, sales reps and distributors regarding ADURA's LED products and LED technology in general
    • Creating and maintaining an engaged Sales Rep Network by guiding the team with best practices, clear expectations, and high accountability
    • Be a source of information back to the business regarding product needs and competitive information in this sales channel
    • Be active in strategic committees, trade organizations and trade shows relating to the LED lighting market
    • Work closely with factory in Corona, CA to ensure highest customer satisfaction


    • The ideal candidate currently works in the LED or Solid State Lighting industry, understands the market, the competition, and has demonstrated experience successfully managing a large geography
    • 4-year college degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
    • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for large OEM account management
    • 3+ years of experience in sales territory / sales account management

    Preferred Locations:

    • We have two RSM open positions – East Coast (covering NY, NJ, IL, CT, PA, MA, OH, WI ) and Central and Southeast (TX, TN, GA, AL, FL, NC, SC). The east coast RSM preferably based out of NY/NJ, whereas the Central and Southeast RSM will be preferably based in Dallas, TX
