    Overview: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our company and oversee the supply chain operations for our PCB assembly for our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, products, and information within our EMS business, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers.

    Requirements:

    • Understanding of Electronics system, PCB Assembly, and electronics components
    • Ability to read Bill-of-material for PCB assembly for electronic systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical or industrial engineering. A master's degree in supply chain management is a big plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in data modeling and analysis using excel sheets, supply chain management software and ERP tools, previous experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP or similar ERP tools is a big plus

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of materials and products throughout the EMS business.
    • Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of electronic components suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Continuously monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain a reliable supply base.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams, to develop accurate demand forecasts. Utilize forecasting tools and techniques to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. Develop and maintain inventory optimization strategies, including safety stock levels, lead time management, and effective stock rotation.
    • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain, including automation, cost reduction, and lead time optimization. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement robust risk management procedures to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor supply chain performance. Prepare regular reports and present data-driven insights to management, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.
    • Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and electrical specifications.

    • Create, process, and approve purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.
    • Prioritize and coordinate inventory items, track supplier deviations, monitor and document supplier quality issues as necessary.

    • Make presentations to customers, sales reps and distributors regarding ADURA's LED products and LED technology in general
    • Creating and maintaining an engaged Sales Rep Network by guiding the team with best practices, clear expectations, and high accountability
    • Be a source of information back to the business regarding product needs and competitive information in this sales channel
    • Be active in strategic committees, trade organizations and trade shows relating to the LED lighting market
    • Work closely with factory in Corona, CA to ensure highest customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:
